[Build Help] £2k Photo Editing PC, any advice on build?

I'm helping a friend build a PC as he wants to do photo editing and maybe a little bit of editing video on the side but the main focus is photo editing.
I've built gaming PCs before but never a media orientated one. This is what I've got so far:

Quick PS3 Backlog Update

I don't recall what the last game I talked about was, but I'm going to guess I left off at Folklore. Folklore is a sort of hybrid of Pokemon and an Agatha Christie inspired Japanese adventure game set on a Celtic island. You play as two strangers who arrive on an island with a mysterious dark past and people start dying. You then travel to the netherworld to meet the dead, where you battle and capture souls that manifested as beasts in order to defeat the boss beast that trapped the recently deceased, only not really because you're actually talking to a bug that takes on their form. It's a weird game. The potential was there for something special to be found within this framework, but alas it was not meant to be. The gameplay is split between investigating a mystery that telegraphs its twists at least two chapters in advance (sometimes the twist is that there is no twist, you're character just ignored the truth when it was first told to them), and battling/capturing folks in the netherworld. The latter is fine, but lacks the depth to truly complete with Pokemon. It's action combat, which I prefer to turn based, but also really simple. What really drags the game down is that you have two characters who will each play through the same chapters from their own perspective, but neither really does anything unique. You're just repeating yourself a LOT. It's a shame because there was a lot of great ideas at the foundation that could have been built into a real monster of a game. Ah well. I give it a D.
Next, I decided to platinum Call of Duty Modern Warfare Remastered on PS4. I had started this before, but then stopped when my PS4 died (one of the last three times, can't remember which). The PS3 version never got trophies so that's why I chose to use the PS4 version. I accomplished this goal, though it did take me 20+ frustrating attempts to get past "One Shot, One Kill" on Veteran. That last section is legit hard, but also cheap. Twice I died because of being completely surrounded by thrown grenades. Once I died while carrying McMillan onto the chopper. Three times I simply ran out of time to get him there just as I reached it. That level aside, there wasn't anything too bad in this platinum, and it's all single player trophies. Still giving it a B.
After that, I dabbled a bit in Rock Band. Turns out I still had my old microphone, so I did some karaoke to unlock songs (kind of pointless since I exported them all to Rock Band 2, but whatever). It's still a fun game, and it will better inform my updated opinion of the sequel to be reminded of what the improvements actually were going from the first game to the second. I actually kind of want to get the guitar controller now, but those have become too rare to really pursue. I give it a D simply because with all the tracks (except 5) uploaded to the sequel, there's no point to playing the first one anymore; it's just worth keeping as a backup in case I have system issues and need to export them again.
Next, I gave Devil May Cry 4 a try. Being honest, I didn't get too into it. Nero feels really light as a character and for the most part the levels aren't all that exciting. Then to have to kind of start over about 60% through, I was just done with it. That being said, I don't think it's a bad game overall. The combat does a fair job of making it worth trudging through, and I imagine people playing at harder difficulties than I was will find the challenge alone enough to keep them going. I objectively think it's worth a C, but it just didn't strike my fancy. I guess you could say it earned my respect, but not my adoration.
I've just started playing Condemned 2: Bloodshot. Holy shit, is this the slap in the face I needed. Don't get me wrong, it was never going to be a GOTY contender or anything, but it feels so different. As a slow moving action/horror title, Condemned served the 7th gen similarly to how The Evil Within served the 8th, only Condemned feels like it could be so much more. The atmosphere is excellent, even if the characters and dialogue aren't quite there yet. It also has some mild detective elements here and there, like a very toned down LA Noire trapped in Silent Hill. What's really doing it for me though is the first person melee combat. The L1 and R1 buttons are your left and right hand attacks for either barehand or melee weapon combat, and the combo system is pretty effective once you get the hang of the timing. It's intense and disturbing in all the right ways so far. My only gripe is that some of the early game is too combat heavy, which makes it lose some of the tension you normally get in horror settings. I'm looking forward to seeing this one through, and damn ashamed that I skipped over it when it first released.
Of what I have completed so far, my rankings so far look like this:
  1. Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots
  2. Uncharted: Drake's Fortune
  3. Mass Effect
  4. The Orange Box
  5. Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare
